At Bushy Park Elementary, our teachers and staff help our students grow in so many ways—academically, socially, and emotionally. During Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, we’re excited to celebrate the incredible people who nurture, support, and inspire our children every single day.
This year’s theme, “Thanks for Helping Us Grow,” perfectly captures the impact our educators have. Because of them, seeds of learning are planted, confidence blooms, and our entire school community flourishes.

Throughout the week, the PTA has planned special moments to show our appreciation:
Monday, May 4 – Breakfast Bar Because of you, the seeds of learning are planted each day.
Tuesday, May 5 – Giveaways Because of you, our students blossom.
Wednesday, May 6 – Snack Cart Because of you, learning blooms and confidence grows.
Thursday, May 7 – Dessert Bar Because of you, young minds grow and truly thrive.
Friday, May 8 – Lunch Because of you, our school community flourishes.
