Happy Sunday Bushy Park Families,

Hot off the Sunday Scoop presses, Makerspace volunteer signup is open for parent volunteers in November and December.  Come help our young makers create, explore, and bring their big ideas to life. Two parents can sign up per slot, so grab a friend and make it a team effort if you would prefer!

Now if the rest of this week's Scoop feels a little familiar, that's because it is. Consider us a broken record, a squeaky wheel, or that one notification you keep meaning to deal with but haven't quite gotten to yet.  We're going to keep talking about the Bushy Bear Dash since it's our largest fundraiser of the year, without it we couldn't continue to bring you the community events, contributions, comedy, and yes the chaos that you've come to love.

BUSHY BEAR DASH: TODAY IS THE DAY!The Dash is Saturday, November 14, from 2–4 PM, and if you want to guarantee your shirt will be ready by race day, you really, truly, for real need to register TODAY! Short- and long-sleeve options are available, so don't let another Sunday slip by without checking this off your list

.A few reminders:

  • Register your BPES student FIRST so fundraising credit goes to the right student and class.

  • Can't run? Join the Cheer Squad! You'll still get a shirt, and your support counts toward fundraising and class/grade totals.

  • The classes with the highest registration numbers AND fundraising totals each win a pizza party donated by Ledo's Pizza!

  • Grades with the same totals will win fan favorite music at lunch.

  • Every Dash registration includes a raffle ticket, and additional tickets are available for purchase.

 THE RAFFLE IS NO JOKE!
