Recipes from International Night

Our International Night on Thursday, January 23, 2020 was spectacular. It was also delicious!


Here are some of the recipes/products our country representatives would like to share:


South Korea

Korean Bulgogi (EJ Kim-Kyle Kim’s mom)

Sauce:

3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1-2 Tbsp Sugar

2 Tbsp Starch Syrup

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 clove Garlic, minced

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Ingredients:

1lb. Thinly sliced beef

½ Medium sized Korean pear, grated

1 Kiwi, grated

½ Medium sized onion, sliced

Directions:

Make the sauce.

Mix the ingredients with the sauce and let aside for at least 1 hour.

After at least 1 hour, stir-fry the marinated beef until the meat is cooked through. (about 5 minutes)
