Cultural Arts: "A Window In My Heart: A Story About Bullying"
The PTA’s Cultural Arts committee has been working to bring some exciting performances to the school.
Our first artist is Alden Phelps performing on Friday, September 20, 2019. He will be performing "A Window In My Heart: A Story About Bullying."
"In this assembly, using music, singing and storytelling Alden Phelps tells tale of a child who gets bullied at school, and how he stops it, with help from students and adults. A Window in My Heart: A Story About Bullying is narrated by a man who has the unique job of school custodian on an intergalactic spaceship! All the child characters in a Window in My Heart are fanciful blue aliens, emphasizing the fact that no matter what we look like on the outside, we’re all the same inside."
Please take some time on Friday evening to discuss this performance with your child.
