Calling all future scientists! The 2009 BPES Science Fair will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2009!

The Fair is open to students in all grades, pre-school to 5th. Students will present their projects to judges during school time on Fair day. There will be a reception that evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. for participants and their families. Projects are judged in an age appropriate manner on creative ability, scientific thinking, skills required and ability to explain the project and its findings.

On Thursday, January 22th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. there will be a Science Fair Kick-Off/Help Session in the BPES cafeteria. Students will be lead through a sample science project, and students will be encouraged to develop ideas for their projects. Come and have some fun tuning up your science and invention skills for the upcoming Fair. All you need to bring are your ideas and questions.
